Few tricks to fully enjoy the tea

It all starts with the tea leaves, which must be of excellent quality, collected and processed with traditional procedures, respecting the aroma and scent of the tea. Tea leaves are delicate, remember to keep it in a dry place and not in a sunny position. The table in the annex indicates the times of infusion with the Western method. Obviously for the Chinese method "Gong Fu Cha" or for the Japanese method "senchado" we are available for any explanation or questions.

It is important to use water with a low fixed residue so as not to compromise the aroma of the tea and it must never boil.

Each tea has its own infusion time. To better appreciate it, it is important to respect the directions on the label.

Glass, porcelain, cast iron, terra cotta. You find teapots in many different materials, the choice is often also a matter of taste.

By respecting the infusion times, you will get the authentic taste.

Each variety has its own brewing time.

At the end of the brewing time, remember to remove the filter with the leaves from the teapot to avoid over-brewing.
